What is Game Booth Events?

Game Booth Events is an interactive gaming booth experience for events. Think of it like a photo booth — but instead of taking pictures, guests play a quick video game match and receive a full video recording of their gameplay and reactions.

 

How does the Game Booth work?

Guests step inside our LED gaming booth, select a fast-paced game, and compete in a short match. We record both the gameplay and player reactions using a green screen setup. After the match, the full video is delivered instantly or via a private download link.

 

What kind of games do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of fast-paced 2-player games that work best for live events, including:

  • Fighting games

  • Racing games

  • Party and arcade-style games

  • Select 1-player arcade classics

We recommend one main game per event to keep gameplay smooth and lines moving. Game suggestions are based on your event theme and audience.

 

Can I choose the game?

Yes! Clients choose from our approved game list, and we’re happy to recommend the best option based on your event type, theme, and guest count.

 

Do guests receive the full match or a highlight video?

Guests receive the full match recording, not a highlight clip. Each video includes the complete gameplay and live reactions.

 

How do guests receive their videos?

Videos are delivered:

  • Via AirDrop or text message (depending on Wi-Fi and reception)

  • If connection is limited, the event host receives a private download link via email and text after the event

 

How much space is required?

We require a minimum 10 ft x 10 ft space for setup.
Indoor or shaded outdoor areas are preferred.

 

What are the power requirements?

We need:

  • One standard 110v power outlet

  • Access to electricity for TVs, console, lighting, and recording equipment

 

Is Wi-Fi required?

Wi-Fi is recommended for instant sharing but not required. If Wi-Fi or reception is limited, videos will be delivered via a post-event download link.

 

How long are events?

Most events run between 3–6 hours, depending on the package selected. Setup time varies by booth type and location.

 

Is the booth staffed?

Yes. Every event includes a professional Game Official who manages gameplay, assists guests, and keeps the experience running smoothly.
